Meal Plan


I’m excited! We went all last week according to the plan! Well, almost. Yesterday morning I realized I had two cans of Biscuits that were about to expire; so instead of throwing them away I made breakfast for dinner last night instead. It’s one of their favorites anyway and I can NEVER go wrong with Breakfast for dinner.

Anyways, this is what we are having for dinner this week:

Monday: Schinkennudeln (Pasta and Ham)

Tuesday: Chef Salad and Tuna Salad with Breadsticks

Wednesday: BBQ Chicken with Stuffing and Veggies (I make a clear distinction between Stuffing and Dressing: Stuffing is the stuff I make out of the package and Dressing is the real deal, you know…the homemade kind of stuff) 🙂

Thursday: Sweet & Sour Chicken with Rice

Friday: Grilled Chicken legs with Veggies and Baked Beans

Saturday: Bratkartoffeln (German dish: Fried Potatoes), Scrambled eggs & Salad

Sunday: Brisket (I found an AWESOME deal on a small Brisket= a little slice of Southern-food heaven!)
