OK, last week’s meal plan went quite well and I pretty much cooked every night according to the plan! I am seriously proud of myself! I am a little late this week posting our meal plan. Between finishing my first semester in Grad School, VA Caregiver eligibility evaluation, dealing with a VA Voc Rehab Counselor who seems to be suffering from a superiority complex, doctor’s appointments, me applying to several jobs and us finding out that Elijah is being bullied at school, it has been quite the week already; and it’s literally only Tuesday night! Well, we shall see how the rest of this week goes.
Anyways, this is what we’re having for dinner this week:
Monday: We went out for dinner. Celebrating the whole end of Mommy’s first class as a graduate student thing. 🙂
Tuesday: We had Pizza tonight. I got a really good deal on Pizza. 🙂
Wednesday: Hot Dogs and chips
Thursday: Seasoned Pork Chops and Asparagus
Friday: Bacon-wrapped Chicken and Rice
Saturday: Kielbasa Sausage with sauteed Bell Peppers and Onions
Sunday: Apple-roasted Pork Chops with potatoes
