So last week’s meal plan pretty much went out the window by Day 2. This basically meant that I had to, of course, improvise the rest of the week. So hopefully, this week will go a lot smoother for me.
Meal Plan for this week
Monday: Quesadilla (I used leftover steak and chicken for the filling)
Tuesday: Herb-roasted Pork Loin and Hot Water Cornbread
Wednesday: Chicken Mexicana with Rice
Thursday: Pork Chops and Baked Beans
Friday: Pasta and Meatballs
Saturday: Homemade Pizza
Sunday: Sandwiches and Chips
