20 Quotes every Caregiver should read

If you haven’t noticed yet, I love quotes!

I think quotes can be very special and it amazes me how one person, living in an entirely different time can speak words that still resonate with someone like me in today’s age. It’s baffling that someone whom I have never met can have a similar experience and be able to express it in a way that reflects who I feel. They can also be very uplifting.

It seems that as a caregiver I often times only see the world through a sort of tunnel-vision. I know exactly what I need to do, how I need things done, why they need to be done and when they need to be done.

But this has made completely overlook what life may really be about.

Our time on earth is limited. There are so many beautiful places to see, people to meet and things to do. Even though I am a caregiver, I am also a woman, mother, wife and daughter. I am a human being who has the privilege to live on this earth and share this life with wonderful people.

So, here are 20 quotes I recommend every caregiver should read at least once! These quotes address everything from stress to love, to philosophical thinking, life and nature. I even added one or two about coffee. 🙂
